Grenache : 80 %
Syrah : 5 %
Cinsault : 15 %

Clayey and Chalky rolled pebbles

METHOD TO TURN GRAPE INTO WINE
The grape collecting is done by hand.
The Côtes du Rhône rosé is obtained by tapping after a short maceration at controlled temperature.
The fermentation is done at low temperature in a vat, at about 18°C.
