ENCEPAGEMENT
Grenache : 80 %
Syrah : 20 %

THE SOILS
Clavey-Chalky with rounded pebbles

METHOD TO TURN GRAPE INTO WINE
Picking is done by hand, except for Syrah grapes which are picked by a machine.
The fermentation temperature is controlled by a heat exchanger at 28-30°C
The traditionnal fermentation on skins lasts from 6 to 8 days in the vat.

This red Côtes du Rhône is a very pleasant wine to have every day.
It will accompany all your courses, from the beginning to the end of the most elaborate dinner

DRINKING TEMPERATURE
From 16° to 18°C

REMARKS ON TASTING
With a strong beautiful red colour, right in the transition between its youthful aromas and its aging ones, this is a full-bodied wine, all in the height of its power and does not fail in elegance..
