In its most ancient parts, the domaine family mansion dates back to the XVII th century.
By its sides, organized in horseshoe as required by the Provençal tradition, are the buildings reserved for winemaking.
The winery proper, able to receive five thousands hectolitres, includes three buildings :
- the one where is done vinification, bottling and dispatching
- then, half buried, the preserving winery
- finally, the underground ageing winery
In this latter, wine will stay from 6 to 8 months in oak casks, thus completing its personality characterized by its roundness, its finesse, and its very particular bouquet.
Each generation brings its own touch and skills, both from the cultivation new methods and winemaking or marketing points of views.
